There are two rounds of interviews that were both in person. The first round is one case interview. The second round includes two case interviews and one behavioral interview. The case interviews are similar to ones used at other consulting firms like BCG and McKinsey.
First - a Fit interview with Partner, which supposed to be followed by Case Study Inetrview, but I unexpectedly faced a standard Gorilla test, the results of which HR refuse to share

Good interview process. Response was quick and was able to hear back on the outcome in a couple of days after the interview. 3 stags overall including the initial HR screening followed by a case study.
Case interviews in both Japanese and English. Case interviews were more like Fermi estimations for market size/customer size rather than formal business-structured case interviews. Brief introductions at the beginning, but generally not too focused on socialization.
