I went through the first round of interviewing through HireVue in which they asked professional and behavioral questions. It was very much centered around personal experiences and proving what you have been capable of in the past.
The interview process was straightforward. An email is sent giving several days to look over practice questions and how the recording process is done. There was 6 questions all pretty average of a college intern.
