This was a Panel interview. Four supervisors and an HR employee. Asked questions related to following instructions and conflict. They also asked questions regarding preferred shift and my experience in manufacturing. Panel interviews are nerve wracking but it offered multiple perspectives to the rating system they use to hire employees.
