The first selection phase after document submission is a video interview where the interviewees will receive pre-recorded videos of interview questions. I received five pre-recorded videos and each video should be answered within three minutes max

The questions are pretty much regarding your background, experience, and worth. The most memorable question for me is when I am asked to explain my technical problem solving through experience
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
