Interview
The whole process took about a month. Applied online. Did Hirevue interview the first stage, the second-stage did an interview with the managers. The questions were centred around the oil and gas industry and personal development.

What is a blowout and what causes it? Describe a situation when you had to assume a leadership position. How did it go and what did you learn from the process?
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.

Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.
