There was a several step process interview. After applying, they reached out to send an online assessment on basic computer knowledge and analyzing chart data as well as asked me to email back some answers to generic “why do you want to work here”-esque questions via email. Afterwards, they asked for a recorded video introduction of myself. After that, there was a phone interview with an HR person where they couldn’t explain too much about day to day operations, but it did quickly become apparent that this was not a software engineering position like advertised on LinkedIn. They are looking for people to build Salesforce applications.
After the interview, there was a yet another assessment for typing speed and some logic puzzles where I shared my screen with someone. Finally they reached out to let me know the positions had all been filled. A little disingenuous to disguise the position under a different name, and there were many hoops to jump through in the interview process. However they were very communicative throughout the whole process and fairly quick to respond, and everyone seemed friendly.
