It was very conversational but the recruiter asked me a lot of in depth questions. They wanted to make sure it was a good fit for both of us. I felt very informed after talking with the recruiter and believe they were very transparent throughout the whole process. I thought it was very fair.

Interview
I was interviewed by the branch manager. I was also introduced to other managers and administrative team. I was given a tour of the office and was offered the position basically on the spot.

I was asked about my previous office experiences and recruiting and insurance background. We reviewed my skills, my educational background. Hobbies and interests. I was asked if I would be comfortable making calls to recruit new agents into the business.
