Interview
Sales manager described what the job is about to a group of people. Those that were interested stayed for a one on one interview. The one on one interview was to see if the sales manager wanted to bring you in for a formal interview the next day. Went smoothly and no pressure.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
