I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Carmel, IN) in Aug 2013
Interview
The first meeting was actually a group meeting where he told us about the company, not an actual interview. I had a face to face interview today, and after reading all these reviews I am so confused. I have never done sales but Im not afraid to do that, what I am leery of is; paying for cubicle space, office supplies, and leads. I understand I would be a '1099' employee. I for one, cannot afford to go 4-6 months without pay, I wish I could. Unfortunately I think I will have to turn this offer down.

Question 1
None really, the manager was very professional and explained everything in great detail.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life in Aug 2025
Interview
Two rounds and the first one is more of a bref, then if you got called back you got to do one on one interview, a little forward and kinda scary with the way they interview
The interview process was very friendly. I was asked basic questions about myself and was given the opportunity to say why I would be a good fit for the company. I was then escalated to a second interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bankers Life in May 2023
Interview
Two interviews, the first is a pitch of why you should work for them, plugging their benefits and anecdotes of successful employees, the second is a 1 on 1 with some pretty straightforward questions "how motivated/driven are you, how well do you learn" just hype yourself up and you get the job.
