All the offices are different. Its mostly about the manager. What are they like? Some do group interviews other are all 1 on 1. No big deal either way. in the group they will tell you what the position is all about and fallow up with a 1 on 1. In the one on one it should be all about you. Do you have the background and ,or personality to do the job? Looking for hard working, no fear, outgoing type people.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
