Interview
No real interview, if you can afford the courses and licenses then they will hire you. Very fasted paced and eager to get you in and started. The interview will last as long as it takes them to convince you to join the team. They talk about all the training and classes that you must attend and how it will be great.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
