Interview
I sat in a small room with 10 other folks and listened to an experienced agent give us a briefing about Banker's long history. He talked in length about how he became an agent and has dedicated Banker's is when it concerns it's customers specific needs.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
