Recruiter reached out and submitted me via paraform. I had an HR screen, then a product manager screen, in which they seem to have had the booking done wrong, because the interviewer didn't show up for 10 minutes. They even emailed me asking why I'mnot in the interview while I was in the link they sent me, so I replied, and then she randomly joined and didn't even address it. I then moved on a tech screen with a complicated problem that seemed to be their own folder and they wanted me to build out the feature. I wasn't able to finish that implementation, so I didn't move on in the process. Overall it was ok, the scheduling seems disorganized. The interviewers were constantly late.

I applied online. They reached out the next day to set up an HR screen. We scheduled for ~3 days out. I show up for the call, but they no-showed. When I politely followed up, the calendar invite was then deleted as if nothing happened. No one responded to my email asking the deal. I understand the chaos that comes with early stage startups, but it was completely unprofessional.
