The interview process was outstanding (quick responses, prep packets before interviews and very easy going) until they breached the code of conduct that governs confidentiality during the interviewing process. A member of the interviewing team contacted my current manager NOT as a reference check and purely for gossip. Luckily my boss informed me of this and did not have a poor reaction when she asked me about it. Overall, the hiring team at Baxter could have jeopardized my current job entirely. Extremely unprofessional. I immediately asked to be pulled from the applicant pool and I will never again apply to Baxter.
