At first it was a swift and clear set of steps trough interviews, then their process went south: ghosting, sent follow up emails that were never answered. Then I received their rejection letter that, coincidentally, happened a few days after BAX reported negative EPS for the quarter ended June 2023; they should've just say that any new hires were frozen or that later they will look for the cheapest candidate, not for a well seasoned and experienced one.
