Applied on Baxter's Careers page. Heard back from them about 2-3 weeks later. First interview was with a Baxter recruiter for generic screening questions. Second was with an Engineer that asked basic data structures knowledge questions. And the final interview was with 2 Senior Engineers at the same time.

It is offline, they asked good question to me , questions in data structure and algorithms and operating system and computer network and object oriented programming . They have asked me questions on the projects.
