I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Baxter (Glendale, CA)
Interview
The hiring process for this position was pretty simple.
The interview process was only one day, split up into two 30-minute interviews. Each interview had two senior directors who would oversee your development in the program. In each interview, they asked mostly what was on your resume. Seeing as they were mostly hiring right out of college, there isn't too much to go on, so they eventually started to branch off based on your answers. I believe a lot of the interview was just to get a feel for how you interact with people and directors. Being able to be yourself in front of such high-ranking employees was very important.
A short time after the interview, I got the offer.

Question 1
One part of your job is that you'll be working with people with only a high school education. However, they've been working there for 15 years or more, so they know everything about their job and what they're doing. How are you going to deal with them?
