Overall the interview was a smooth, transparent process. I was able to meet and speak with key individuals and everyone was open and clear about what the job would entail.
Rediculous process - no discipline in interview
Interviewers had been with the company less than a few weeks and finance was just a consultant. No one could answer simple questions like who was the HC benefit company
