I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayser
Interview
Take home logic exam followed by a 10 minute phone interview. People seem hard working. The phone interview is more like an info session where they are making sure you understand the company and your work at the company as well as elaborate on your experiences. Waiting to hear back for the next round.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bayser (Skokie, IL)
Interview
First Round: 10 Questions to be answered in the word document testing our aptitude, analytical and logical thinking capability
Second Round: Interview for 10 mins by Senior Analyst @ Bayser
Final Round: Interview for just "15 mins" by the President of the Company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The President of the company was always in a hurry right from the start of the final interview. It did not make me any sense of judging any candidate in 15 minutes.
For instance,
Me: Hello Mr. (his Lastname). How are you doing today?
President: "Call me JP(his initials)!!"
...
I started smelling disrespect and authoritarianism right from here...
Also when I tried answering some questions from him, he always stopped me in the middle with his rude comments like " You are not showing any interest!!", "You are not attentive".
I dont think it is a good method to treat a interviewee even though he actually lacks skills.
Any way, I did get an offer in a bigger firm with a good pay than Bayser.
Feedback: Either Bayser should employ good HR personnel or Mr. JP[as he always wanted to be praised] must learn some soft/people/inter-personal skills!! It will always take some thing more to be a good leader!!
