Interview
Very good process - Initial call with recruiter, that led into an interview with who the role would report into, followed up with two separate interviews with two directors, and the other with engineering and design.
Interview process gave great opportunity to see where you could fit in with the team, and loads of opportunities to find out more about how they work, etc.
Each stage fed into the next, and were very relaxed and felt more like a chat (Interviews tend to be quite stressful and this was completely the opposite)

We try to make the interviews as conversational as possible allowing the participant to show their true self but crucially still able to build a strong all round picture of a candidates skills and competencies.
