I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Colorado Springs, CO) in May 2015
Interview
I filled out a paper application and when I brought it in, the manager interviewed me on the spot. He had me come into his office and answer a few questions. It was very casual and quick and he said that he would review it and ask me to come in for a second interview with another manager if he felt I was qualified. I guess he didn't think I was, because I didn't get a second interview. But it was a positive experience. Very friendly, easy, no-nonsense.
Straight forward, very easy questions. Single round interview with the store manager who was nice.Did not take long at all maybe about 30 minutes. Interview was in person at store location

Interview
Came in for an in person interview, lasted about 30 minutes. Asked for previous experience - rundown if resume. Then asked scenario based questions. What would you do if x happened. How did your previous experience relate, etc. Got a call with a job offer within 1-2 weeks and orientation began shortly after.

3 questions. My feeling was that they just want a warm body. Stocking and cashier work. Minimum wage. They asked me if I go to the bathroom a lot... Apparently they were having issues with that. Thought was odd, declined offer. I will go to the bathroom whenever I like to, thank you very much.
