A brief talk on the phone and was asked some non-work related questions. The interviewer doesn't return call or reply you when she had missed the scheduled phone call. Very unprofessional. It is a basic courtesy to inform others in advance, whether is through msg or call. Rather than letting others waited for a few hours just because she is busy.
