Belvoir Castle interview questions

Straightforward, sent in my CV and the next day got invited in for a chat and was offered the job instantly. No interview questions asked. Overall, it took less then 72 hours from applying to being hired.

It was a very casual interview with manager over coffee. The Duchess arrived much later and asked a few questions to get a feel for me as a candidate. The whole interview was much more personality and motivation based than focussed on technical skill.
