The typical describe a time you had to engage in conflict resolution and explain how you handled it.
The interview process was straightforward and easy. Was told I got the job during the interview, and that they would reach out. They told me a start date and said they would get back with an exact time. Didn't reach out until two weeks after the start date they set and asked if I still wanted the job.

professional questions in casual manner. Tried to show that they are co-operative and commission based, focused more on selling bell connection. emphasized more on company policy and time-management.
