One of the worst interview experience I ever had in my life. Took 1 month to just go back and forth between the recruiter and hiring team and had three phone screens. Looks like best buy doesn't have any money to bring candidate on site. Its dying company and nobody wants to work in Minnesota. Frank advise, just don't apply to BestBuy!

It was bad. They're shady and didn't respond to me for weeks even though I did great during the interview. Then they rejected me. I'm pretty sure they were just waiting for other canidates. They don't care about your time.
