easy questions, behavioural - focused on wether you can handle customer interactions well. "Tell us about a time when you handled conflict", "How would you approach an upset customer", etc.
Very simple first on the phone interview, then come to the store for a in store interview with asst. Manager, then you have an interview with the GM. Relaxed for the most part

It helps to have a background or an understanding of technology as well as customer service. They are looking for people who have a desire to work and are flexible in helping your teammates out as well.
