Phone call: asking a few soft questions (what do you know about Best Buy, why do you want to work here, etc...)
First in person interview: sat down with Mobile and Connected Solutions manager and asked about my previous customer service and sales experience.
Second in person interview: More soft questions, and scenarios

Question 1
What would you do if you were asked to flex into a department you do not bolster strong knowledge in.
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
