I got a call back from my application within an hour and was scheduled for an interview within the week. I was offered the job upon completing the interview and attended orientation shortly after.
The hiring manager seemed to mistake my ambition (working multiple jobs and school) as a negative factor.

The hiring manager asked how I would balance this position with the rest of my life.
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
