I'm not sure what each of their roles were. It was nerve recking. They each took turns asking questions. It was difficult to read the room.

I was called in and asked a series of questions.
I was given the job almost immediately by answering the questions with competence.
Overall the interview is easy. Just be confident and answer their questions like a normal person and you should make it.

Interview
You apply online then you do a video interview by responding to prompts which are recorded and sent to the store you are applying to, then you do an in-person interview where they ask you typical customer service questions.

They ask you how will you respond to certain situations and where you see yourself in 5 years and why are you trying to get a job here.
