Stage 1 interview with internal recruitment over two separate phone interviews. Initial interview discussed work background, positive outcome. Second phone call I wanted to focus on what the job was, plus pay, plus vacation time.. it was a positive conversation except they were firm on only 3 weeks vacation per year, which was a deal breaker for me.
