      Interview

Pros: The coworkers were definitely the highlight of the job. The team was supportive, friendly, and genuinely good to work with on a daily basis. Cons: There is not a lot of room for growth or upward mobility. If you are looking to advance your career or climb the ladder quickly, it is hard to find those opportunities here.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy (Burnaby, BC) in Aug 2025

      Interview

The interview process consisted of three stages. First, a brief phone interview to verify resume details. Then, an interview with the Team Leader covering work experience and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, a conversation with the Store Leader focused on conflict resolution within a team. Overall, the process was friendly and a great experience!

      Question 1

When handling multiple tasks alone, I prioritize by urgency and stay focused — tackling the most critical tasks first to ensure everything gets done efficiently.
