3 tier interview process, was contacted via zoom first then 2 in person interviews. Company didn't strive for good work culture everything was sell sell sell. no regard to positive customer experience.

Completed a video interview. There are several qestions, and you have 30seconds to prepare an answer before the recording starts. Each answer has a two minute maximum. After several questions, your recordings are submitted. I was then called in for an in-person interview.
