The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
They will call you for an interview with your supervisor and if that goes well you will be interviewed by the GM. They will offer you a job on the spot if you do well. If you don't, they will tell you they will get ahold of you. If offered a job, you will meet with the HR person and start the process.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.
