I applied online via their website in the fall. About a month later I received a phone call from someone in charge of hiring. I found out later that this was technically my "phone interview", but it was much more of just a quick question and answer about my application and such. From there, I went in to interview with one of the managers. I got asked basic questions about ethics, past experiences and so on. At the end of that interview I was asked to come back for a final interview with a store manager. I came back for this interview and answered quite a few more of the same types of basic interview questions. At the end of the interview, I received the official job offer.
