very simple, scenario based questions and some behavior questions. nothing that should trip people up as long as you understand what they are asking you. the guy who interviewed me was super laid back, so the whole process felt more or less like a casual conversation.

Tell me a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you de-escalate the situation?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
