I interviewed at Beststart HR (Stevenage, England)
Interview
2 rounds - one online, one in person. In person included a presentation and meeting the team. The online interview was very generic and asked typical interview questions. The presentation during the in person interview was entirely focused on you as a person and not s much HR orientated.
Based some interview questions on results from a personality test I completed, this was an interesting/unique approach (I haven't come across it before when interviewing).
There was a question at application form stage (alongside CV submission), then video interview, then in person assessment centre/interview, which included delivering a presentation.
