It was lengthy and drawn out, not in a in-depth and thorough way. I asked more questions then the hiring manager asked in most cases. I think it would have been more beneficial to both parties if it was done differently.

Normal conversation, it was done through a teams meeting on the phone. Got to meet with 2 managers on the phone to discuss my skills and experience. Afterward hearing back for a week I found out my enthusiasm and excitement was not Ideal for the job according to their feedback. I was quite shocked. I was really excited for this position. But it seems like they’re looking for someone who isn’t excited to work there.

Short ~20 min Question-Answer format interview with basic questions about how you work as an employee, how you interact with coworkers etc, how you interact with clients and customers. The interview was a casual one on one with an HR worker
