I had two interviews with Beyond English. First interview is in English with standard interview questions. Second interview is claimed to be in Spanish, but its really about five minutes in Spanish and the rest in English. Both interviews were conducted via Skype.

There were two interviews. The first interview was with Academic/HR manager with information about the job and process, with a few general questions about myself.
The second interview was with founder/executive director half in Spanish/half in English more about teaching experience and ideas

Interview
You will likely have one interview with the Chief Academic Officer and then one with the CEO. The first interview is in English and involves standard questions and discussions about a teaching position. The second interview is mostly in Spanish (depending on your level of Spanish but it is an assessment of your level) and involves pitching an idea for a community project you want to implement as a fellow.
