30 minute zoom interview. Interviewer clearly Googled "Questions to ask an applicant in an interview" and read from a general list of questions instead of asking anything thoughtful related to the position. They never followed up after the interview and ghosted me without any update on their hiring decision. I find this kind of behavior incredibly unprofessional and it says a lot about their regard for people's time and effort. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats applicants this way.
