Entire interview process was split to standard stages - HR and technical. The aim of the first stage was to efficiently filter the potential candidate and test his soft skills. Second stage was purely technical, but without live-coding or pair programming - just casual talk about commercial experience followed up with technical questions regarding tech stack.

Interview
The interview was held in a good atmosphere, there were no difficult questions, mainly about experience. Relaxed conversation, comprehensive package of information about the company, responsibilities, benefits. After the interview, as agreed in advance, I got feedback, very comprehensive with the addition of sources where I can find the knowledge that was missing
