I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye (New Delhi) in Sept 2024
Interview
It was an intense interview process with hands-on case studies. But the interviewers were very kind, curious, and patient to go through it all, and candid to share the feedback at the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye (Bengaluru)
Interview
It took around 3 to 4 weeks. Had 3 rounds of interview and final case study presentation round. All the rounds were cleared and done with the presentation also. Overall, I could find the bit of toxic culture. The expectation is to stay till 11. Or 11.30 pm at night and start the work next day 8 am. They didn't announce the results which is again a bad thing. I spent around 18 hrs to find a solution for one of their problems. Seems to be week HR practices. Candidates not valued. I feel good that I didn't get an offer there. Suggestion to glassdoor: There has to be another option under "Did you get an offer?" question as "not informed".
