The interview process was quick and straightforward. Each conversation was an 1 hr. - 1.5 hrs. maximum. There were under 3 rounds and moved very swiftly for onboarding, training, etc.

Interview
the first interview was a 1-hr Zoom call.
Second interview was to prepare a mock event deck and production slides from a prompt provided by Blackhouse. Mock event required a full scale budget and creative plans with a 48 hour turn around.
