I sent my CV and the day after I got offered to go on a sort of assesment day, which included a first interview, a test (pretty hard one), then a really nice lunch (paid by the company, by the way) with the previous trainees where we could ask anything we wanted, this was really nice as they were friendly and responding to our questions. It helped us all to get a clear overview of what the company does and what are their values. Finally, after lunch, they told me I did not pass the test and therefore could not proceed with the rest of the recruitment process, which consisted of: Final interview and case study together with the rest of candidates.
