I went to the Grofers office Bangalore for face to face interview. Engineering lead welcomed me. But my first round was with a female interviewer. She was not clear herself what she wanted to ask. Whatever answer I was giving and i know I was giving correct answers, she stopped me in middle and started to focus on another question. I told her my achievements but she acted as if they were no achievements at all. All the time her focus was on making me feel bad about myself and my technical skills. Then she tried to ask me questions of web designer for which I was not applying at all. Instead of questions they should be asking they are wasting time in nonsense. They told they will give feedback soon but never gave. I had a bad experience.
