There was a phone screening by a recruiter followed by a screening with a team lead (the calls were 10 and 30 minutes respectfully. Then I did a mock demo with the team leads and a 1-on-1 interview with another account manager. After that, I was invited to an onsite interview where I met with 3 other account managers, had a Q and A with the team leads, and met the head of the department. Start to finish the whole process took about a month.
