The CEO of the company discussed the processes and potential growth of the company. The company is family oriented and there is a lot to learn and grow with. The owner of the business was very friendly and explained in depth what I would be doing in my position.

Interview process was in person and very pleasant. The interview took place with 2-3 other employees. The whole process took one day. Interview was about 1.5 hours and was showed what the actual day to day work would be like.
