They sent a 17-minute video prior to the phone screening that I did not have time to watch. The recruiter could not describe the job and asked to reschedule to a time when I had watched the video. I watched some of it and it was enough to let me know this is not a good company to work for. Bad pay, sounds like a very intense culture, and the CS job sounds like just hounding people for unpaid bills. The oddest part of the video was the CEO saying they don't want employees having fun on the weekend and they shouldn't associate with certain types of people.
