1) The internal recruiter found me on the LinkedIn. She sent me an InMail by telling me I have the right profit (experience, qualifications, skills) for a role in Booking.com
2) She asked to call me and to arrange a telephone interview.
3) She forgot to call me at the day of the interview! I sent her an email back as a reminder. She asks me sorry and we re-arrange it for the next day!
4)We had a discussion about the role, my past experience, my future plans, the business and she told me I will have the next interview with the hiring manager since I have the profit they are looking for! So, she said I am not sure the budget of this position and I will provide you a feedback if it covers your salary expectations.
5) I receive an email with an irrelevant feedback next week with a delay of two days from the day she said she will provide it! I response to this email since I thought it can be possible! It can't be for me this email! Since it says I don't have the qualifications and the experience needed for this role! I laugh because I don't even have the right skills, but I have all the desirable skills and even more. I suppose it not a good way to say a lie to candidate when you are not able to provide him an accurate feedback! I am sure they are looking for an underpaid candidate to work for them since I asked for the average salary from glassdoor.
A company shows the investment to the employee by the salary which it gives to him/her. It is so sad that the global leader can appreciate the work of the employees!
