The interview process was very fast, I was interviewed by a student agency by phone and then I got interviewed again two days later, after that I was offered the contract a 6 months one. I was hired by the agency and also payed by the agency. i was asked some questions about my educational background and past experiences.

Interview
Group Interview which was supposed to be an individual sales pitch, a group case study and then an individual interview. After the group case study everyone was sent home as they said we had run out of time, when we had not and that those successful would be called in for an individual interview. It was extremely unprofessional, one guy had flown down from Brisbane that morning for the interview and none of us had been given a chance to speak about ourselves or our experience.
The interview consisted from 3 parts: managers give presentation about the company, position, salary, eyc. Next you have an easy group task, followed by a personal interview. Questions and tasks were easy

Personal interview questions were general: your major achievement, your qualities
