Interview
Basic online flag / screen followed by interview with their manager
The interview with the manager was demeaning and pointless as there was no talk about about the role, the company nor anything in a professional area.
The conversation focused on my age (which he brought up) and my political views (again, I brought none of this up).
I ended the interview early as the manager refused to discuss anything relevant to the position.

Question 1
You seem like you've got a few years under your belt, can you keep up with the young staff we have here? What's the ballpark in your age?
This is a place with a young but open minded workforce, are you able to get along with such people? What's your affiliation with in regards to the "left or right"?
The interviewer was very kind and created a good atmosphere for the candidate to explain freely. They insisted in giving an opportunity to everyone to explan why they want to become pat of that team.
